1. Limited Warranty Coverage:

  • Our manufacturers provide a 12-month limited warranty from the date of purchase.
  • The warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service.

2. Warranty Exclusions:

  • The warranty does not cover damages resulting from misuse, abuse, neglect, accidents, alterations, or improper installation.
  • Normal wear and tear, including but not limited to wear items such as cutting edges, teeth, and hydraulic hoses, are not covered under the warranty.

3. Initiating a Warranty Claim:

  • To initiate a warranty claim, please contact our Customer Service team at warranty@skidattachmentsplus.com or 307.423.1014.
  • Provide the original proof of purchase, a detailed description of the issue, and any supporting documentation or images that can help us assess the claim.

4. Warranty Evaluation:

  • Our technical team will review the warranty claim and determine whether the issue is covered under the warranty.
  • Skid Attachments Plus reserves the right to inspect the product in question to assess the nature of the defect.

5. Warranty Resolution:

  • If the warranty claim is approved, Skid Attachments Plus will, at its discretion, repair or replace the defective part or product.
  • In some cases, Skid Attachments Plus may provide replacement parts for user installation.

6. Shipping Costs:

  • Customers are responsible for shipping costs associated with sending the product for warranty evaluation.

7. Non-Warranty Repairs:

  • If the issue is determined to be outside the scope of the warranty, the customer will be provided with a repair estimate. Any repairs or replacements will only proceed with customer approval.

8. Transferability:

  • This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser of the product.
