1. Returns Eligibility:
- To be eligible for a return, your attachment must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
- Returns must be initiated within 15 days from the date of purchase. Beyond this period, we may not be able to offer you a refund or exchange.
2. Non-Eligible Items for Returns:
- Used attachments.
- Items not in their original condition or packaging.
- Attachments damaged due to misuse, negligence, or improper handling.
3. Refunds:
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- A restocking fee of 25% will be deducted from the attachment.
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
4. Exchanges:
- We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon receipt. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us immediately upon receipt to arrange for a replacement.
5. Shipping:
- You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
